I designed both a poster and an album redesign for Badflower that lean into the raw, emotional energy of their music. I started with the poster, using the flower logo as the main structure, with each petal holding a song title while lyrics sit subtly behind them to add depth and make you look closer.
The album was a redesign I created after listening through their music and feeling like the original didn’t fully match that same emotional intensity. I wanted something that actually felt like their sound, more raw, messy, and personal. For the cover, I built a collage using handwritten lyrics that I crumpled, stained with grenadine, and photographed. That process gave me real texture instead of something overly digital, and the final result feels messy but intentional, reflecting the intensity and vulnerability in their music.
